How do I place an order?

Head to the Products page, pick your cookies and box size, choose Saturday or Sunday pickup or Saturday delivery, and check out. You'll get a confirmation email with all your details.

When do I need to order by?

Ordering for each weekend closes Wednesday at 11:59 PM. Everything is baked from scratch and never frozen, so we need that time to make your dough fresh. Need a weekday order or a big batch for an event? Reach out at least a week ahead and we'll see what we can do.

Where and when is pickup?

Accepted Answer

Porch pickup in Friendswood on Saturdays from 9 AM to 8 PM and Sundays from 2 PM to 6 PM. You'll get the address and pickup instructions with your order. Orders are boxed and labeled with your name. Running more than 15 minutes outside your window? Text us! Houston weather is undefeated, so please grab your cookies on time. Once they're on the porch, they're at your own risk.

Do you deliver?

Yes! Saturday delivery from 10 AM to 3 PM within 10 miles of Friendswood, including Pearland, Webster, League City, and Clear Lake. Delivery is a flat $5 and FREE on orders of $50 or more. There's a $20 minimum for delivery. No service fees and no tip expected.

How can I pay?

Pay securely online at checkout. Your receipt and order details are emailed to you right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Changes and cancellations are welcome until Thursday at 6 PM. After that, the butter's already softening and the ingredients are bought, so orders are final. If anything is wrong with your order, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement or credit.

What about allergies?

All cookies are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts, so we can't guarantee anything is allergen-free. Nutty Little Secrets and Cherry On Tops contain tree nuts. Sugar Cuties can be made nut-free on request: just pick the Nut-Free option at checkout. Questions about a specific cookie?
