Owner & Head Baker

They say it takes a village, but at Pip's Cookie Jar, it’s really just a 'confectionary chemist' and a very judgmental rabbit. I’m the one in the kitchen obsessing over the chemistry of the perfect dough, while my pet bunny, Tonks, provides the occasional (and highly critical) Quality Assurance support.

My love for the kitchen was sparked in high school while recreating recipes with my dad, and after officially opening my LLC in July 2025, I found the missing piece of my puzzle. In September, I began my journey into Catholicism, finding a spiritual home in the Church and a patron saint in St. Martha.

Known as the patron of cooks, servants, and hospitality, St. Martha reminds me that baking is more than just a science—it’s an act of service. With the support of my husband, Philip, I’ve turned a passion for heart-filled recipes into a mission to serve my community. Whether you’re here for the chemistry or the soul, I’m here to prove that when you lead with hospitality, every bite is worth it.
